All Sa7ne products are handmade to order. Because each piece is individually hand-thrown, glazed, and finished, minor variations in color, texture, and form are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects — they are a mark of authenticity. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via the methods made available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. For custom and bespoke orders, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalised orders are fulfilled within 1–6 weeks from the date of confirmed order, depending on complexity and studio scheduling.

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–2 business days once dispatched. Delivery fees are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

All pieces are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Sa7ne is not liable for damage caused by courier mishandling, though we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready-made items in their original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sa7ne.com with your order details and reason for return.

Personalised and bespoke pieces — including any item made to a custom name, phrase, color, or specification — are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–15 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Sa7ne cannot be held responsible for errors in personalisation that result from incorrect information submitted at the time of order. You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from orders or use of this website will be handled in accordance with UAE law, in the courts of Dubai.
